1. Hydraulic cylinder
The piston rod moves forth, actuating the compressing process. When the piston rod moves back, bales are pushed out and compression chamber is ready for next production process. This ensures impressive productivity of this baling machine.

3. Effective cooling device
Oil tank of this semi automatic horizontal baler with manual binding is connected with water cooling equipment. The device extracts oil from the oil tank and reduces temperature, and then sends cooled oil back to the tank. As a result, oil temperature is constantly controlled, allowing for stable working condition.

4. Belt conveyor
The bailing press adopts a belt conveyor to deliver waste paper, plastic, etc. into the chamber, and the conveyor features fast and efficient operation.

5. Rectangle bale
Compacted bales are characterized by high density and transport efficiency.

2. This semi-automatic horizontal baler can work with pneumatic tube conveyor system and conveyors. Options of conveyors are available as belt conveyor and scraper conveyor.
