Alligator shear also known as lever shear or crocodile shear is one of our most exemplary metal shredders. This alligator shear is endowed with maximum shearing force ranged from 63 to 500 tons. Its 600 to 1800mm long blade enables this recycling equipment to cold cut steel profiles in all kinds of thicknesses and all kinds of structural metals into desirable charging.
In addition, our alligator shear even cuts 16 times within one minute, thus extraordinary efficiency is enhanced. Furthermore, we utilize hydraulic cylinder to drive this scrap shear in a reliable and easy manner. Blade performance is promoted by overload protection.
The hydraulic alligator shear can be powered by either electric motor or diesel engine, so as to meet various working environments.
Advantage
1. The prominent design of our alligator shear is conducted on the principle of the lever rather than gear, resulting in impressive shearing force.
2. We adopt effective cooling system for temperature reduction. When the alligator shear is running, oil is extracted out of oil tank for cooling down and returns back afterwards. Therefore, working temperature is controlled which prolongs the service life of sealed components and the metal cutting shear.
