Push-Out Scrap Baling Press
Push-out scrap baling press has been the safest way for metal scrap collection and recycling. Side ejecting mode is ideal for processing of bale in large size. This scrap baling machine is designed to produce bales between 300 × 300mm to 1100 × 600mm. Each of these bales comes in 1800kg/m3 of maximum density. Therefore, clients can choose an appropriate model of scrap baling press according to the application demands and transportation requirements.
Furthermore, the outgoing materials our scrap metal baler produces are in the same shape with compact structure, thus customers benefit from convenient deployment of bales and impressive cost effectiveness.
Advantages of Push-Out Style Scrap Baling Press
1. Pull-rods for large sized feeding chamber
If the feeding chamber comes in fairly large size, the chamber would incorporate with four pull rods. As a result, our scrap baling press allows for superior stability. Moreover, this smart feature also permits the disassembly of pull rods, thus large chamber is also suitable for container loading. On the other hand, the transport cost is reduced.
2. Push-out ejecting
The name implies that this scrap metal recycling machine pushes out bales. When bales are compacted into desirable shape, the ejector gate is open by gate cylinder, and bales are pushed out slowly by main cylinder. This is the safest way for bale ejecting.
3. Effective cooling system
When this scrap baling press is in working condition, its cooling system extracts oil from oil tank for temperature reduction. The cooled oil returns back to the oil tank, so as to prevent overheat and prolong lifespan of sealed components and the scrap baler itself.
4. Customizability
The voltage of electric motor in this scrap baling press can be tailor-made for adaptation to voltage diversity in different countries.
In addition, the size of feeding chamber and bale shape are also available to be customized to meet specific need.
Applications of the Scrap Baling Press
Our scrap metal baling press is the prominent choice to compress all kinds of metal scraps into regular shaped furnace charge. These waste steel shavings, aluminum, copper, stainless steel and abandoned vehicles are being baled into all kinds of shape including rectangle, octagon and cylinder, etc. These compacted bales deliver reduced transport cost and easy deployment.
